2. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website. By using our website, you agree to create an account for making purchases and to abide by our terms.

3. Products and Services

All product descriptions and images are based on our own testing and information from our suppliers. All information provided is considered approximations.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and PayPal. You must provide accurate billing information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and sent by courier, typically taking 7-14 days depending on the product. Shipping times may increase depending on the order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for change of mind, dissatisfaction with artwork, or perceived quality where the product reasonably reflects the artwork or order details provided by you. To request a return or exchange, contact our customer service via email at hello@wiccandleco.com within 7 days of receiving your order with order details and reason for the request.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wic Candle Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. Your use of or inability to use the website or products.
  2. Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  3. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website.
  4. Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party.
  5. Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the website.
  6. Any damage or failure to deliver of orders by couriers if that order was correctly shipped from Wic Candle Co.

In no event shall Wic Candle Co aggregate liability for all claims related to the service exceed the greater of one hundred Australian dollars (AUD $100) or the amount you paid Wic Candle Co, if any, in the past twelve months.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Wic Candle Co website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wic Candle Co and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of the content without express written permission from Wic Candle Co. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Wic Candle Co.

10. Right to refuse artwork & orders

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without liability, to refuse, cancel or cease production of any order and/or reject any artwork for any reason, including (without limitation) where the artwork is or may be unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, misleading, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, is unsafe/non-compliant, or is technically unsuitable for print (e.g. low resolution, incorrect size/format). We may, but are not obliged to, provide reasons or invite replacement artwork. If refusal occurs before production, we will refund amounts paid for the affected items less reasonable setup/admin costs already incurred; if after production has commenced, refunds (if any) are at our discretion.

11. Customer Supplied Artwork & Finished Product Disclaimer

By uploading artwork or design files, you confirm that the files are complete, accurate, and ready for production. We do not review or edit customer-supplied files for content, colour, image quality, or layout.

While we take care to reproduce artwork as supplied, variations in colour, brightness, scale, and placement may occur. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that such variations are not grounds for rejection of the product, refund, or reprint.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your uploaded artwork is high-resolution and suitable for printing. We will not be liable for dissatisfaction or claims relating to the appearance of the finished product where the product reasonably reflects the file provided.

12. Customer warranties & indemnity

You warrant you own or hold all necessary rights to the artwork and grant us a non-exclusive licence to reproduce it solely to fulfil your order. You agree to indemnify us for any loss, claim, cost or liability arising from the artwork you supply or your breach of these warranties.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

14. Changes to Terms

Wic Candle Co reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
